Once your order has been placed, our team works diligently to prepare your items for shipment. We carefully package each product to protect it during transit, minimizing the risk of any damage. Our attention to detail ensures that your products arrive in pristine condition.

UAE: 7-14 working days
GCC & International: 10 - 15 working days

Please note that Fridays and Saturdays are non-working days, and are not counted as part of the delivery timeline.

Note on Mukhawar Orders
Our mukhawar pieces are crafted with care and attention to detail. Because they involve intricate handwork, please allow extra time for delivery.
We appreciate your patience and promise it’ll be worth the wait!

All Mukhawar orders will be delivered after Eid. 

 

All international shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees as regulated  by the Customs Office of your shipping destination. Fees may vary widely based on the country or city of import. Custom duties are not included in the shipping charges.
